Yellow Brick Mortgages are an independently owned Finance Brokerage established in
March 2018. We have a large team of brokers and head office staff spread across Norfolk
and Suffolk. With a combined experience of over five-hundred years in the financial services industry our consultants offer a professional and highly knowledgeable service, but with the added personal touch that’s often missing from the world of corporate finance.

We have no set working hours, meaning that all of our consultants are available to their
clients twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. We offer a flexible approach to
appointments and ensure that once allocated, your consultant will remain your single point of contact throughout the entire process.
All our consultants are fully qualified and highly experienced, ensuring you can have great
confidence in the bespoke advice given to you.
In order to ensure completely unbiased advice, which is always in the best interest of our
clients, our consultants are not given sales targets. They are measured only by their
excellent customer service.
Our customer service can be validated through our client feedback on Trustpilot and other
review platforms to ensure a transparent approach to delivery of our ethos.
Giving back to our community
Giving back to the local community is an important part of who we are as a firm. Our
marketing is predominantly the sponsorship of local grass-roots sports teams and
community groups of all ages.
We have never and will never charge fees to NHS staff to say thank you for their work within
the wider community.
A donation of £10 from our earnings is made to one of our three charity partners on each
completed mortgage, selected by our clients. With our chosen charity partners being; PACT
Animal Sanctuary, Nelson’s Journey, and Big C, to whom we’ve donated over £16,000 to
date.
