Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I can honestly say expectations have been exceeded. If I had not pursued the options Martin discussed with me I would not be benefiting from the return compared to standard savings options I may have gone for.

What could they have done better?
Hand on heart I cannot think of anything. He is friendly and professional, explanations are clear including the pros and cons you need to be aware of. He is always available via phone and email with any questions I may have and always schedules in a personal visit to discuss how the investment is performing.
