James helped to secure us a great mortgage rate at a really chaotic time for the economy and interest rates. He helped us to identify the best product for us and kept in touch throughout the entire process, being really approachable and answering any questions we had. He did this whilst following up with NatWest to finalise our mortgage within our short timescales.

He was also entirely realistic and never over-promised in what was a relatively complex scenario. I really appreciated that as I always knew he had my best long term interests at heart rather than suggesting products that might have been easier to secure but would not have been in my financial interest. Also, his service is really personal and bespoke. Him and his great assistant Natalie are always available for a chat on the phone, no hiding behind emails with their service, and this really meant a lot to me. In this process, and with their fantastic approach to client service, they manage to keep one positive and free of stress in what is a difficult landscape to navigate alone.
